Darlene Bates-Harper  is a native Philadelphian. A Graduate of Catholic School and the Philadelphia School District, Simon Gratz High School and a Graduate of the Community College of Philadelphia and also a graduate of New Life Bible Institute.

Darlene is a community driven leader who's focus is to provide valuable resource material to the underserved citizens of the greater Philadelphia area.  She has been revered  as a pillar within the community she lives in and has been known for reaching those individuals and families that have lost hope.

Darlene believes in family as she is a wife and mother while at the same time works within the Philadelphia School District in an administrative role for community improvement.  Darlene is hard-working. Characteristically of her she is honest, reliable, trustworthy, and maintains integrity in all that she does.

Darlene strives to encourage and empower others to reach their full potential with the expectation of application.
